Terms of Service

1. What ShiftSniper provides

ShiftSniper provides monitoring and alerting tools for publicly available Amazon hiring pages. We may send Telegram alerts when new Amazon warehouse shifts are detected in selected supported regions.

2. What ShiftSniper does not provide

ShiftSniper does not sell jobs, employment opportunities, interviews, job placements, or hiring outcomes. We do not guarantee that Amazon will publish shifts, that a shift will still be available, that you can apply successfully, that you will receive an interview, or that you will be hired.

3. No affiliation with Amazon

ShiftSniper is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Amazon. Amazon names, trademarks, hiring pages, and job listings belong to their respective owners.

4. User responsibility

Users are responsible for applying through the official Amazon hiring website and for complying with Amazon's own terms, requirements, and hiring process. ShiftSniper does not submit job applications for users unless a separate feature is explicitly described and agreed to.

5. Telegram alerts

Telegram alerts depend on external factors including Telegram availability, internet connection, device settings, user notification settings, and network delays. We do not guarantee that every alert will be delivered instantly or that you will see it before a shift closes.

6. Free and paid access

Free alerts run on shared infrastructure. Users with an active Monthly Instant Alerts subscription are served by a faster alert path during the active subscription period.

7. Paid Instant Alerts plans

Monthly Instant Alerts renew automatically each month until canceled. You can manage or cancel the subscription through the secure billing portal. Access begins after successful payment and activation.

8. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. ShiftSniper does not store full card numbers. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. Abuse and misuse

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, spam, automated misuse, attempts to resell access, attempts to disrupt the service, or fraudulent payment activity.

10. Service availability

ShiftSniper may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, hosting problems, Telegram issues, payment provider issues, or changes to public hiring pages. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

ShiftSniper is provided as an alert and monitoring tool. We are not responsible for lost job opportunities, missed alerts, unsuccessful applications, hiring decisions, or indirect losses related to use of the service.
